Describes how Business Partners can get remote Technical Support for deploying Proof of Concepts with customers

This is the SUT support process through PartnerWorld for Business Partners (i.e. for ISV/BPs).
A BP needs to be registered with PartnerWorld to be eligible to submit electronic queries through the P/W website.
Also the BP will need to have completed the "SUT Technical and Delivery Assessment Checklist", completely, before requesting assistance, and provide the information in the document to the support team. From the "Select the area of your question" drop-down list, one should select Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony (SUT) and type the question in the provided area. Once the Submit button is pressed, the query would be submitted and directed to the appropriate SUT support person for a response. |
